Athlete/Youth Summer Program– These are professionally written strength and conditioning programs that will teach your young athlete (12- college age) proper lifting technique, sports specific strength, and speed. This program is an 8 week, one hour, 5 day program. It is designed to help your young athlete excel on the court and field. As well as teach them the importance of team values. We have trained many successful wrestlers, football players, volleyball players, and basketball players from middle school to College.
