This conditioning program is for those looking for a challenge and don’t mind stepping out of their comfort zone. In a safe team environment our coaches will take you on a high energy journey. You will be introduced to different exercises that involve sleds, kettlebells, tires, suspension trainers, battle ropes, and other equipment! Sweat, Laugh, and push each other to new levels of fitness in this team environment! Nutritional and supplement guidance is also included.
This is strength programming in its most disciplined form. The main GOAL is POWER. This class is for the Athlete who wants to compete. The workout can be scaled from beginner to elite athlete. Our power lifters compete several times a year in multiple leagues such as USAPL, WABDL, and APA. We have several state, national, and international champions that train at our Gym. This is for the serious athlete who wants to get SHREDDED!!! I’m talking about the individual who puts their fitness goals above all else! They love getting their Body fat % into the single digits, living in a calorie deficit, and competing up on the NPC stage! Training is HIGH VOLUME with a strength component. What’s the point of being BIG and weak?!!! We will help you you’re your Preseason, during season, peaking for a contest, and postseason training. Nutritional Guidance is done on a one to one basis. It Helps to Train with a team of coaches and other competitors to help motivate when your down, to help push when you’re tired, and of coarse someone to spot you when you’re really pushing some weight!!

VPR Gym is a very good place to workout. You will not find your typical gym atmosphere here. The training is very professional and knowledgeable. The trainer is there watching every exercise you do, and teaches you the proper techniques to avoid injury and maximize your workout. The workouts are not boring and you will see a different workout routine almost every month or so. You will get a full body workout/conditioning. There is no need to worry about egos here; everyone here helps and pushes each other through every workout. If you want to gain muscle, lose some weight, and just become a stronger, leaner you… Go by, you won’t be disappointed.
