Our group strength training classes are designed with your GOAL in mind! We train people of all ages (12-70 years old) and all fitness levels ( beginner to advanced). We work off a proven strength training template and modify it to your goals (weight loss, toning, muscle gain). Strength is the foundation of any exercise program. Strength training helps build physical strength, functional strength, and mental strength. It can also help reduce the risk of injury during normal everyday living and in sports. Nothing will get you leaner- faster than strength training. Our professionally written programs will challenge you to reach goals you never thought were obtainable. Our coaches will be by your side to inspire, motivate, and guide you through the strength classes. Weaknesses will be addressed on an individual basis and a strengthening program will be implemented to bring that weakness up. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link!
